Employee performance enhancement tools can be used to hire right-fit employees and/or utilize the results to determine the strengths and concerns of existing employees. The assessments have been reviewed by both the EEOC and the OFCCP in the course of their field audits of employers using our assessments. The EEOC has stated that they find nothing discriminatory about the use of these assessments. After reviewing the Reliability and Validity data, the OFCCP stated that these assessments meet or exceed the OFCCP’s requirements. Simply put, they are safe to use in a business environment and have no findings of adverse impact in their 40 years of use.

AND, you cannot trick the assessments. There are validity scales built-in to identify candidates who are not giving frank answers or perhaps exaggerating. Just one more reason to use our assessments in hiring or developing employees.
