Starting and running your own business can be daunting – especially if you’re doing it for the first time.
Resources are limited and decisions must be made. While you may have been very skilled at what you did for an employer, you may not have learned how to:
- Define and articulate services and products

- Set fees or pricing models
- Identify and reach target markets
- Develop business messages and networking skills
- Clarify the resources needed to succeed
We can help you take your business idea from the back of an envelope to a step-by-step plan. We’ll do this in a small group setting, three to five people, that provides guidance for each member and an opportunity for members to learn together.
The benefits of using our E Group for Start-Ups Process:
- Develop a trusted cohort of owners
- Create an initial plan for your new business
- Craft a list of prioritized action steps
- Acquire a list of vetted resources to support your business
- Join Entrepreneurs Group for additional peer support, problem solving, and accountability
Options are a group that meets monthly for six months or one that meets twice monthly for three months. Our meetings are one hour long and take place via Zoom. At the end of our process, you will have a clear roadmap for launching your business with a set of specific, prioritized action steps.
Our fees are structured to meet the needs of the new business owner. We have a six-month group to meet the time demands of being a newer entrepreneur. We also have a three-month group for those who need a faster start. The total cost for either group is $780 payable monthly or as a one-time payment ($30 fee reduction).
At E Group Partners our goal is to help you minimize the time and money you spend creating and developing your business by focusing on proven strategies. We have over 50 years of combined experience starting and running successful businesses.
Let us help you get your business on solid footing with E Group for Start-Ups.
