E Group Partners, Inc. uses assessments as part of our Targeted Recruiting process. In follow-up interviews, inexperienced people will struggle with the questions to ask to effectively compare candidates to make the right-fit selection.

Our assessment tools flag areas where candidates fall outside the requirements to effectively fill the role. Questions are created based on each candidate’s assessment results. Interpretive guides are also given to help the interviewer determine if the candidate is the right fit for the role.

These are not your typical questions that candidates rehearse for in follow-up interviews. You increase your chance of seeing the “real” job candidate when you ask these questions. This will help you more confidently choose the candidate for the job.
